Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for AllRecipeEasy paid digital products: downloadable PDF cookbooks, ebook bundles and any future digital recipe collections, meal plans or printables. It sets out our voluntary money-back guarantee in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

1. How our products are sold and delivered

  • Our paid products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
  • Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, issues your receipt and returns any refund to your original payment method.
  • After payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt with a secure download link. Delivery is normally immediate.

2. Our 3-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident buying an AllRecipeEasy digital cookbook. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email [email protected] within 72 hours of your purchase to request a full refund under our voluntary money-back guarantee.

  • You don’t need to give a reason.
  • You can request a refund even if you have already downloaded the ebook.
  • The 72 hours run from the time of purchase shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt. They are 72 consecutive hours, not business days.
  • The guarantee applies in the same way to single ebooks and bundles.
  • We may look more closely at requests that suggest fraud or abuse, for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same products. This never limits the legal rights described below.

This voluntary guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal and your remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital products.

3. Your legal right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law normally gives you 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right can end once supply begins. It ends only if, before supply, you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. In the EU, you must also have received confirmation of this, for example in your order email. Downloading a file does not, by itself, end your right of withdrawal.

If the checkout you used did not collect that consent and acknowledgement, your 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply. To withdraw, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You will receive a full refund through Lemon Squeezy within 14 days of your request.

4. Faulty, incomplete or wrong files

If your download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open, pages or recipes are missing, or you received the wrong product, contact us. This applies at any time within your legal guarantee period, not just within 72 hours. In the EU, that period is generally at least two years for a one-off purchase. We will:

  1. send you a working link or a corrected file, normally within 2 business days; or
  2. if we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, give you a full refund, or a partial refund if you prefer to keep the product.

5. Bundles

A bundle is one purchase. Within 72 hours you can ask for a refund of the whole bundle under our guarantee. If one ebook in a bundle is faulty, we will fix or replace it first, as described in section 4. If that is not possible, we will refund an appropriate share or the whole bundle.

6. How to request a refund or help

Email [email protected] with:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt);
  • the product name and, for technical problems, a short description of what happened.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. A request sent within the 72-hour window qualifies even if we reply after it has passed. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own Buyer Terms. You can contact Lemon Squeezy about a payment through the link in your receipt. Please contact us or Lemon Squeezy before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can help quickly.

7. After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends. Please delete your copies. Your download link may be disabled.

8. Free ebooks

Free ebooks, such as the one we send to newsletter subscribers, cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a free ebook link doesn’t work, email us and we will send it again.
